While Offsets for Humanity, L3C is not tax exempt and offset purchases through Offsets are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal tax purposes, Offsets’ unique funding model puts much needed general operating dollars into the hands of the people who need it.

Offsets for Humanity, L3C does not act on behalf of, by agreement with, or receive compensation from any recipient organizations. All Offset Donations are made to organizations that are independently selected by Offsets for Humanity, L3C.

Offsets for Humanity, L3C does not accept online purchases of offset donations from residents of the State of Florida.
